To ensure quality service and protect your appointment time, please arrive with your hair properly prepped:
✅ Hair must be washed within 24 hours of your appointment
✅ Hair must be 100% clean and completely free of ALL products (no oils, creams, conditioners, gels, etc.)
✅ Hair must be fully blow-dried (not damp or shrunken — no need to flat iron)
❌ Please Note:There is no sink in the suite, so we are unable to wash or rinse hair on-site.

Policies
Consultations
All clients must complete a consultation before booking an installation.
• The consultation fee is $35, non-refundable.
• Consultations include a hair/scalp assessment, test locs, and pricing estimate.
• Consultation results are valid for 60 days. After that, a new consultation is required.
Installations
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your installation appointment.
• Your installation appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Final pricing is determined during the consultation based on hair length, density, and texture.
• The installation process spans 2–3 days; clients must commit to all scheduled sessions.
• A complimentary follow-up retightening is included if booked within 4 weeks of the install.
Deposits & Payments
• All establishment deposits are non-refundable and transferable once within 45 days, no exceptions.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of service, payable by cash, Zelle, or card.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit their deposit and be required to pay a new one to rebook.
• If you need to reschedule, 48-hour notice is required to retain your deposit.
Late Policy
• There is a 15-minute grace period.
• After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the service cost will be charged.
• If you know you’re running late, please notify Adanna as soon as possible.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
• Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-call, no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee and will not be allowed to rebook until the balance is paid in full.
Deposits & Payments
• A $150 non-refundable deposit is required for all Sisterlocks™ installations.
• All remaining balances are due at the time of service and can be paid by cash, card, or Zelle.
• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No guests or children allowed during appointments. This ensures a calm and focused environment for your service.
